By accessing and purchasing from DriftDame, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

DriftDame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. While we ensure product quality, we are not responsible for any damages caused by improper use or care of purchased items.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on DriftDame, including designs, text, graphics, and logos, is our exclusive property and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Sale items are final sale unless defective. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

For defective or incorrect items, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in California and be conducted in English.

Modifications to Terms

DriftDame reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
